3. Orders & Payments – Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.

4. Delivery – MBJ Chemicals is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds – Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases (7 days, product only, shipping non-refundable).
