Returns Policy

At MBJ Chemicals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy on all products.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused or only lightly tested. Items that have been excessively used (e.g. half a bottle used) cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Refunds are issued on the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days.
